Individual Residential Services and support (IRSS)
Lesya International LLC provides Residential support services through Host Homes and PCA (Personal Care Alternative) living environments. The Host Home program begins with a highly personalized matching process and focuses on the personal needs and choices of our clients. We assess our client’s interests, skills, and support needs to ensure the appropriate match that allows our clients to live life to the fullest in their community. Our goal is always to support in the development of a meaningful, long-term relationship between our clients and their Host Home Provider. That relationship should provide compassionate care, high quality of life, dedication, foster independence, and ensure the safety and wellbeing of those we support.
We also offer Family Caregiver The Family Caregiver program model supports our client living with a family member who provides residential services to them in their family home. This option provides individuals the choice to continue living at home where they are comfortable and with familiar caregivers.
Supported Community Connections (SCC)
supports the abilities and skills necessary for individuals to access typical activities and community life. We emphasize helping individuals to get involved in their community by connecting to resources and supporting them in their efforts.Ultimately it is a self-directed program and the people receiving services will determine how they choose to spend their time receiving their SCC services Our plan includes:

Find and maintain healthy friendships and natural supports
Access community education or training
Join and participate in community groups and committeesI
Volunteer in your community.
Lesya International LLC will provide non-medical transportation services to individuals living in the community. This service is designed to give individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to access meaningful activities and medical transportation. It supports individuals in traveling to and from their homes, day programs, or jobs.
